Inphenix does all of this at its 100,000-square-foot facility in beautiful Livermore, California (just 30 miles east of San Francisco), which features a 15,000-square-foot Class 10 Fab and a 20,000-square-foot packaging area.
WAVELENGHTS
These lasers and light sources include superluminescent diodes (SLDs) and semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs), and are available in wavelengths from 700 nm to 1700 nm.

Light Sources. Inphenix is a leading company in light sources, superluminescent diodes (SLDs), and semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA) covering the emission wavelength range from 700nm to 1650nm. We offer a wide range of broadband light sources and lasers, from chip-level to module and subsystem-level applications.
Vertically Integrated. Inphenix is a vertically integrated supplier with a 10,000 square foot Class 10 fab for epitaxial growth and chip processing, and a 20,000 square foot packaging area for hermetically sealed packaging and testing. Inphenix provides comprehensive quality control and rapid delivery and development through its consistent capabilities from front-end to back-end.
Inphenix is ISO certified in California. Our factory in Livermore, California, is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and our products comply with Telcordia GR-468, MIL-883, and RoHS. Our products are widely used by leading companies in the medical, telecommunications, and industrial markets.
